Wear Resistant Materials

Excellent for  most abrasive wear applications.

Wear Systems combine many metallurgical properties into one wear resistant material.

An extremely hard laminated bi-metallic, wear resistant composite.

Rated at a nominal hardness of 700 BHN (HRC 63) minimum.

Donut Wear Buttons

Excellent Protection in a small package.

Donut Buttons can be used in areas that require protection for fasteners, such as bolt heads and nuts.

They work well for smaller areas where protection is needed.

Wear Buttons

More protection. Less Welding.

Wear buttons offer ideal wear resistant material for small areas.

They require less welding than conventional wear plates.

Chocky Bars

Funny name, serious protection.

Chocky bars are excellent  for replacing clad plate & hard facing.

Our bars are notched on the backing plate,

making it easy to form over contoured surfaces.

Standard Wear Bars

Many sizes of protection.

Ideal for smaller areas that require wear resistant material.

Requires less welding time and material than conventional wear plates.
